Converting a former hotel into a transitional shelter
This campaign will help us transform an aging hotel into a state-of-the-art permanent home for Interim Housing and RISE Center Medical Respite services, and help individuals and families transition to a permanent home. The comprehensive renovation will create:

- Dignity-based philosophy
- 61 updated rooms which include private bathrooms, kitchenettes and private storage
- 22 rooms will become ADA accessible for residents with physical disabilities
- Two new client laundry areas

- A safe and secure client lobby and intake area
- A multi-purpose community room with a salon, a kitchen for resident dining, and social gatherings, classes and workshops
- An updated patio and green space
