FORWARD is our first-ever capital campaign that allow us to invest in two important pillars and accelerate the critical work we have done over the last several years. This effort will position Housing Forward to continue expanding our highly impactful services.
Those pillars are: Our Community and Our Future.
Our Community
Converting a former hotel into a transitional shelter
The campaign will support the renovation of the former Write Inn Hotel, creating a state-of the-art setting where unhoused individuals and families receive private accommodations, daily meals, case management, and wraparound services to support their transition to stable, permanent housing in the community.
Our Future
Building our infrastructure and resilience
To continue to think big, we must grow smart by scaling our business to align with our growth and ensuring an operating infrastructure that can support continued growth. The campaign will support strategic program development and maintain the highest levels of quality in current services by making critical investments in people, financial resilience, and technology.
