Calling all Housing Forward volunteers and faith communities! You’re invited to an Open House at our new overnight shelter, The Anderson Emergency Shelter, ahead of our public grand opening. Come explore the space, learn about new volunteer opportunities, and hear how our work has evolved over the past few years. Haven’t volunteered in a while... or ever? Now’s the perfect time to get involved. Light brunch will be served! We can’t wait to see you there!
ABOUT THE SPACE:
Full commercial kitchen - cook onsite & serve meals
Space can accommodate larger volunteer groups
New volunteer roles available
Shelter will serve twice as many people (40 guests nightly)
Permanent, fixed location (no more rotating sites)
