Sojourner House Community Dedication

All are invited to a community dedication & celebration of strong partnerships.

Sojourner House, the first transitional housing of its kind in Suburban Cook County, is designed to:
• keep families together with short-term stable housing 
• be an accessible alternative to PADS Shelters
• provide temporary medical respite for post-treatment recovery
