Housing Forward, Live4Lali, and Loyola’s Street Medicine team are partnering on a two-year project to reduce negative physical and mental health outcomes associated with opioid use through access to wraparound clinical and supportive services for homeless and housing unstable opioid users in Maywood, Broadview, Berwyn & Cicero at trusted community-based organization locations.
