PADS Shelter Volunteers Needed!

Current volunteer openings in our PADS Shelter for the following days and shifts:

Meal Providers

We need volunteers to provide breakfast on Wednesday, March 29, at Grace Episcopal Church, 924 W. Lake Street, Oak Park. The site capacity is generally 60 clients. 

Volunteers are also needed to provide 25 sack lunches to drop off on Friday, March 31 at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 545 South East Avenue, Oak Park.  

Shelter Volunteers Needed

3rd Shift (5:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.) on Tuesday, March 28 and Tuesday, April 25 at First United Church of Oak Park, 848 Lake Street, Oak Park. 

3rd Shift (5:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.) at Oak Park Temple, 1235 N. Harlem Avenue, Oak Park.

1st Shift (6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), 2nd Shift (10:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.) and 3rd Shift (5:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) on Wednesdays at Grace Episcopal Church , 924 North Lake Street, Oak Park. (5th Wednesday in March and 1st, 2nd, 3rd Wednesday in April, 1st and 2nd Wednesday in May.)

3rd Shift (5:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) on Saturdays at St. Mary of Celle, 1428 S. Wesley Avenue, Berwyn (3rd, 4th Saturday in March, 3rd, 4th and 5th, Saturday in April.)
